Policies

 By placing a reservation, guests of Bella Luna Inn agree to the following policies:

Reservations

  • Reservations are secured by a 50% deposit or first night, whichever is greater.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • We do not accept any form of check.
  • Weekend reservations require a minimum two-night stay except Memorial and Labor Days that require a  three-night minimum stay.
  • All guests must present a valid picture ID (driver’s license, passport, or credit card) upon check-in.

Changes and Cancellations

  • We have a two-week cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance qualify for a full refund of deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly, so we must strictly adhere to our policies.
  • If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation, you agree to forfeit your deposit.
  • Reservations for federal and state holidays require a 30-day cancellation notice.
  • Reservations for all wine country event weekends require a 30-day cancellation notice.
  • Changes to reservations are treated as a cancellation.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

  • Check-In time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Late arrivals can be accommodated when requested in advance.

House Rules

  • No smoking is allowed on premises, indoors and out.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Kitchen access is for staff use only. (Health Department Regulations)
  • Maximum room occupancy is two people per room.
  • Bella Luna Inn offers one complimentary parking space per room.
  • We treat our guests to breakfast with a $35 gift card from Costeaux French Bakery/Cafe.
  • Bella Luna Inn always reserves the right to change its policy at anytime.
  • No bicycles in rooms

Where a minor is accompanied by an adult, we require the adult to agree, in writing, not to leave any minor 12 years of age or younger unattended at any time during their stay and to control the minor’s behavior during their stay so as to preserve the peace and quiet of our other guests and to prevent any injury to any person and damage to any property {Civil Code Section 1865(d)}. Refusal to sign such an agreement is grounds for refusing accommodations, and any failure to otherwise comply with this policy can and will result in eviction with no refund of any money paid or owing in connection with the stay.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open in the summer months only from May 1 to November 1 and is exclusively for our registered guests at the Inn. Our pool is also equipped with an ADA approved chairlift.
